  Overview... The Ormaran Confederation is a Constitutional Republic that is native to the Outworld Galaxy in what has been designated as the Ormaran Universe. It's official capital city is First City located on the planet Ormaran in the Outworld Galaxy. Ormaran has had great influence throughout the known Ormaran Universe and beyond for many thousands of years starting with the ancient legend of Chris "Owlman" Shwartz whom lead a group of refugees from the the planet Airellia in what is reffered to as the Airellian Universe. Those human refugees founded First City and subsequently created one of the most emulated cultures in the known Multiverse. The planet Ormaran has been the capital of three interuniversal alliances during the course of the past few decades. The first was the Outworld Confederacy which allied the Ormaran Union, the Wilcom Union, the Onaran Alliance, the Defectron Empire, the Dairaian Empire, the Irksacarian Coalition and several other interstellar nations, was founded by President Infaten Bayrond and his chief ambassador, Lucious Martian. The main goal of this alliance was to thwart the growing threat of the Guest Socialist Republic. The Outworld Confederacy was instrumental in the defeat of the Guest Republic but would soon fall apart when Infaten Bayrond went missing. A year later, the defunct OC was replaced by the Interplanetary Council, a much looser alliance which was founded by Emperor Mako'Va of the Irksacarian Union. The IC included the Irksacarian Coalition, the Dairaian Empire, the Defectron Empire, the Onaran Alliance, the Ormaran Union and the Weirdonian Imperial Conglomerate. However, the Council was soon replaced by a stronger alliance called the Multiverse Confederacy which included several new members such as the Kilthani Empire and the Alliance of Worlds. Unfortunately, political upheaval and misfortune would doom the MC just four short years after it's founding. The Defectron Empire withdrew from the Multiverse, the Dairaian Empire became isolationist and the Shanka and Kilthani Universes became cut-off from the rest of the Multiverse. The MC struggled for several months but soon found that with nearly half of it's allies weakened, cut-off or unwilling, it faced a bleak future. It was then that the Weirdonian Imperial Conglomerate stepped in with a solution: dissolve the MC and create a new government to soley govern the former MC systems in the Outworld Galaxy. This new government is the Ormaran Confederation, but the rest of the WIC's plan was that that the Conglomerate would take over as the stable nteruniversal alliance to replace the MC, citing that the WIC had a much more stable government and had poured billions into supporting the MC for the past four years. Government... The Ormaran Confederation is a Constitutional Republic with three branches including Executive, Judicial and Legistlative. Economy... The Ormaran Confederation has a largely capitalst economy and remains a trading giant for the fact that it is the hub of the known univereses of the Multiverse.   The Ormaran Confederation uniform is both simple and stylish, consisting of only one shirt, one jacket, one belt, one pair of pants and two boots.   |
